My Motivation Program

This is the easy part! My family has a history of people getting diabetes and being alcoholics. So, that motivates me to stay in shape and watch my diet very closely. Although I can admit i do drink alcoholic drinks and go out of control with them at parties, I at least stick to straight shots and beer. That makes a big difference on the calories since drinking cocktails, although are tasty, are filled with sugar and unnecessary calories. So, in that sense, although still bad for me, at least motivates me to not **** it for myself even further. Eventually, I'll have to slow down on it. As for working out in general, my obsession motivates me. I my opinion I think everyone is obsessed about something, good or bad, that drives people to try and accomplish there goals.

kenethleclair best way I know of to cut is cut out all carbs 7 days per week for 21 days n then you can eat some veggies 1x per day..like broccoli...meat,eggs,fish,chicken n turkey + no carb protein shakes 1 meal every 3 hours keep the mealsc atb 300-350 calories each..protein n fats...
