im working on toning and gaining muscle

i want to lose some of the fat that put on in the offseason after gaining 20 lbs.

November is my first figure show AND I want to be one of the few redheaded fitness models out there! Gotta represent ;-)

Career mom of two children and a former "longtime smoker"...finally gave it up 2 yrs ago!! Going after big things in 2010!!

Get as big as I can. I'm not blessed with the genes so it's going to be a long road.

I'm sore,tired,hungry and overworked but I wake up with the shear disire to be better than I was the day before!!!

Gain muscle and loose fat.

Lose fat!!! Gain more muscle definition.

There is no "off season" just "pre-season" . Time to build!!
