I've always been an athlete. I played volleyball, basketball, ran track and was a lifeguard in high school. I played volleyball in college at a Division II school. After college I moved onto competing in figure competitions to fill that void.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes and the transformation my body goes through with hard work, dedication, and patience. I want to use my transformation to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I surround myself with positive people. I challenge myself with new goals and try to push myself out of my comfort. Entering a figure competiton is a great way to stay motivated as well!
Hey Sarah; I'm not exactly preparing for a show. I'm training to supplement athletic participation and to have a buff physique... I'm getting ready for the WWE (lol). Best wishes, Scott
Hey Sarah; That pier used to be about 3 times farther out with a small house on it. But several hurricanes have taken it's toll. To qualify and re-qualify for the beach patrol each summer, we had to swim along the shore, around the pier, and then in. Brings back great memories. Best regards, Scott
My tri is in the Poconos, it is called the black bear. I am doing the sprint race. After that I am doing i think 2 in Philadelphia and then i am not sure. Have to see how these go. Training so far is going well. I just started dieting down a little to "lighted the load" lol. I am getting excited and really enjoying it.
Great! I'm getting ready for a NPC show on September 13th in Knoxville, TN. Its going to be at the TN Expo. I believe this is the first year they are doing that show.
