45 minute run @ 6am Monday to Friday

45 minute workout @ 3pm Monday to Friday

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms

12 to 14 sets per body part switching up exercises.

4 sets are 10, 8, 6, 5 reps
4 sets are 12, 12, 10, 10 reps
2 - 4 sets are 15 to 18 reps, supersets or 21's
2 sets optional isolation exercises

VERY IMPORTANT - SLEEP from 10pm to 6am
