Goal (Long):
I've always struggled with my weight. When I was a kid, I was the smallest in my class and so skinny you could see my ribs. As soon as I went to University, I discovered 2 things that would change my life forever. Drinking and the Iron. I gained about 50 pounds my first year. Drinking kept the weight on me and I never really felt confident about myself. Now, I realize the Iron is all I need. It will help me in all my future challenges.

It's been a good year, despite not posting here, I've been consistent in the gym and with my diet.  I've slowly put on about 12 pounds over the last 8 months, and stayed pretty lean (except for December).  I'm dropping calories a bit and staying at the same weight while losing a bit of fat...
