"I just competed in the INBF Washington State Naturals and was very pleased with what I brought to the stage. I appreciate all the competitors and their positive and supportive attitudes. It's time to hit it hard in pursuit of a better me."

I was pleased with the package I brought to the contest. My goal is to be better every show and I succeeded. As usual, Kevin and Denise James put on a fabulous show and really show their appreciation to the competitors. I was a bit disappointed with the poor sportsmanship of couple of the competitors, but all in all, it is a very friendly and supportive group of hard working athletes. |

This was a great show again this year. The show has grown a lot in it's 3 years and the level of competition has improved. Of all the shows I've done to date, this has been my favorite each year. In fact, I think I will work on gaining a bit of size and make the 2009 show my next show. |

Definately in my best shape ever. However, my weight was 193 at weigh in....ripped, but not big enough. I think my lack of size hurt me again at this contest. It really seems that size is rewarded over condition every time. Again, it gives me something to focus on in the off season. |

The Emerald Cup is a big, well organized, and professionally presented show. It was a lot of fun to compete in this show, but is just a bit out of my league. |

This was a fun contest for me. I had friends competing in my class and we all battled hard, and had fun doing it. I was a bit disappointed in the outcome, but it just gives me more things to work on. I'll make a few changes to my posing and give it another try in a few weeks. |

A fantastic show! Kevin and Denise James produced a very professional and fun show. THe competitors, staff and audience were fun and everyone was very supportive and helpful. This is a small show that should be growing every year because it is a super production. See The James' website at Unitedfitness.com for more info. |

The show was well run and organized...very professional. I was very nervous, but excited and fortunate to have done as well as I did (in the 40+ Class). I guess at any show, it just depends on who is there to beat you. I was however, very pleased with my leanness, but will have to work on being larger. |
