workout program hmmmm , well for 14 hours a day i crank bolts and run sprints back and forth fixing shit, its a 600 yard long conveyor line that needs constant attention at every 2 feet all day thats pretty much it until i get a day off , which is about 1 day every 3 weeks , then its boxing , jiujitsu , pushups , pullups, medicine ball, abs , and jump rope in a row
