How I Started:
Back in August of 2006 I had gone for my yearly physical. When the nurse weighed me, she didn't say the number out loud, so i asked her what it was. She said 198. From that day on, I started hittin the treadmill, lifting weights, jumping rope, eating clean (for the most part)... just making a complete lifestyle change.
I know where I've been and I'm NEVER going back!
Why I Love It:
I love lifting because it makes me feel confident, lean, and strong. I love it. I love setting a goal and then soaring right past it. I also love how working out makes me feel like I can do ANYTHING. It gives me a positive outlook on all aspects of my life and I love feeling focused and disciplined.
How I Stay Motivated:
I envision my success.

I set realistic short term and long term goals.

It's all about hard work, attitude, and patience.

Goal (Long):
I started working out back in August of 2006, when i realized i had really let myself go... lost 50 lbs.. and with that being said, I would just like to say that it certainly hasn't been an easy journey. It's been a lot of hard work, determination, and patience. I've never given up, and yea, it's taken me about 2 years to drop over 50 lbs., but for the msot part I've stayed consistent with this lifestyle change. I know that I will make my body look the way that I want it to look. I want to really get as lean as I can, and completely transform my lower body in to what I know it can be. I want my abs, tris, and back muscles to show more. I want people to look at me and think, damn, she spends a lot of time in the gym and she looks good. I want to motivate my family to make changes. I want to be as fit , healthy, and HOT as I possibly can be, for as long as I'm on this earth. :)

Ya I hear ya, October was a great month of progress for me, but just I was heading into November I got sick too, ugghhhh. Anyways, I ended up taking a full week off, which probably wasn't a bad idea anyways, but then you have to go through this transition phase to get back where you were. Being sick just zapps you body. But I'm back on it, back to 100%. Now I have to survive the Holidays, LOL! Well you look great, keep pushing forward >>>> :)
I had a great week! I'm a teacher and school is about to start within the next two weeks. I also ran alot and lifted this week, I am hoping to get back down to 185 lbs. I am at 200 right now. You look like you are very curvy hit the weights and you'll look even better.
