FROM PLAYING SPORTS AND WANTED MORE SIZE THEN IT JUST BECAME MY LIFE I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER ABOUT MYSELF I ALWAYS WAS RUNT AND JUST WORKING HARD AND BEING HUMBLE AND WILLING TO LISTEN HAS PAID OFF AND WILL CONTINUE.

LOOKIN IN THE MIRROR AND KOMIN ON HERE LOOKIN AT DIFFERENT PROFILES AND WATCHING DEXTER JACKSON AND KIA GREENE WORKOUTS AND POSE DOWNS AND KNOWING THAT THERE IS MORE IN STORE 4 MY BODY U AINT SEEN NOTHING YET LOL
BB Accomplishments:
GAINING 40 POUNDS, AND ALSO GETTING PASS ROUND 1 FOR THE IRON MAN SPOKESMODEL (THANK GOD!!!!!) AND ALSO JUST BEING ABLE TO GROW MENTALLY.

u get what u put in and its worth it 2 train and b active even if its a few days a week anybody kan b lazy but a strong minded person makes time 2 stay in shape.

i'm training harder then before because i want to define my self,the training it's good!nice progress pics you to,keep going with your training and you will be the best day by day!
