When I was seriously rippin, I would get up @ 530AM, hit up a 3-4 hour jog session, get home, take a shower, then hit up 6 egg whites with 1/2 cup brocolli , cup of dry oats in water with a dash of cinnamon and 1 scoop optimum whey, and half a grapefruit... I'd still hit heavy in the evening with supersets and high intensity with no more than 45 seconds in between sets... if u check the progress pics, it really worked out for me... I'm actually starting that process all over again..
Thanks for the add! To bring up your chest try training chest twice a week. Ex. Monday-incline barbell press, flat dumbbell press,
wide grip dips, and incline flyes. Thursday- decline barbell press, incline dumbbell press, pullovers, and pec deck machine. The first 2 exercises use heavy weight ( 6-10 reps). The remaining exercises use a moderate weight (10-15 reps). If you have more questions let me know. Ricky

hey buddy? thanks i've been bulking for a lil bit that past two months. right now, i stopped and trying to maintain. i didn't take any other supplements other than protein. mostly came from my eating and lifting heavy. how's eveything on ur end?
Thanks a lot for the add man. I kept my workouts intense and kept my diet on track. I wrote a couple blog entries that shows how I see things. I also posted my workout that I've had the most success with.
