How I Started:
Always fooling around with lifting. Never wanted to let myself get sloppy, mind or body. Once I saw my biceps respond, I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
The rush I get when I'm finished lifting. I love the couple of heads turning at the gym, and at the club.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing most of guys that I grew up with losing their "Man Cards", getting fat, sloppy, depressed. Life is hard, but you have to keep punching.

Goal (Long):
Finally stop talking, and start doing. Reasons or Results. I have always wanted to be a personal trainer and help others, put all that I'm learning into play.
I know water is the way to go, and I drink plenty of it, however, I switched to diet ice tea years ago. I don't drink sodas at all. I do drink about 1/2 gallon of diet ice tea daily. I'm sure it's for the caffiene. I've tried before to get rid of it, however, got some nasty headaches. How much...
Thanks for noticing an old man. Good luck with BforL. Hardest thing? You're no stranger to working out (like I was) so that will be no problem following the wo schedule. Maybe the clean eating. I'm a pretty disciplned guy, but it still was hard. Now it's a lifestyle.
Thanks brother, Been at it. Just been a little lazy with update pics. Put on a few ****ty lbs, Its tough not to eat a few hotdogs and burgers in the summer.
