What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
had no clue about nutrition so ate crap nmever used any good suplements. waisted my time in the gym with a bad training partner doing crap exercises

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
see a trainer, get good nutritional advice, and a workout plan that suits your needs. AND FOLLOW IT.
dont train with your friends find someone with like minded interests as you.

You can and all my muscle mass is natural I use no supplements. Set you a goal and never lose sight of it. I wish i had more definition in my abs as you do. I envy you. Keep up the work!
