How I Started:
I got started in high school to raise my baseball game as a pitcher. i continued to work out to keep in shape through college and began to play rugby. i was small for the position i played so in winter of 06 i gained 20 lbs to help out my game. unfortunately had to stop playing due to getting hired as a firefighter. Now i have set a new goal of bodybuilding and would like to compete and transform my body into a living replica of a huiman anatomy poster
Why I Love It:
because of the ability i have to control my body, how it feels, works and grows
and those measurements are no bullshit done the way the videos show

currently i have decided to take it to the next level and get a personal trainer. my social life is over as of january 21st haha. i want to really tough it out and work hard at this. im currently 215 lbs at 16.4% bodyfat.i wanna get to 230-235 before i cut. my legs are definitely lacking so those are a major point i need to work on. i need to bring up the size and sweep of them. other than that im shooting for a contest in october and 1 or 2 warm-up shows before that. bulk for 18weeks, cut for 16. yay long road ahead but i cant wait. oh yea, 2-3% bf at showtime
