This was my very first ever powerlifting meet. I opened with 300 and threw it up easy. 2nd lift was at 315 which went up very easily. My 3rd ATTEMPT was 330,,I got stuck about 3/4 way uup from lock out and failed the lift. Overall for my first meet I was very happy with my performance. |
