How I Stay Motivated:
The steroid users in my gym keep me motivated. Some day slowly but surely I will gain the mass too,,but I will live to be older than 40 and have nuts to boot....LOL
Really though having bigger and stronger guys around all the time, is great motivation
I am currently training for a powerlifting meet on June 14th,2007...So my training has changed to prepare for this meet. I am currently training under the supervision of a good friend that is a retired powerlifter.
So I have a day dedicated to Bench followed by heavy tricep work, then some...
Hey, went back to look at graph again, and it changed again. Now I am totally confused. Looks good now. Up and down, but generally up. That's good right?
Got it. I thought it was a data graph instead of a calculated graph. Well then, how do I interpret? The graph is going down. Is that good/bad, or were you trying to trim muscle, what?
