How I Started:
Started working at a gym, got into Personal Training, attended a few competitions and the rest is history. I'm hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love training my ass off and seeing the results from all my hard work and dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
Preparing for competition and picturing myself on stage keeps me motivated to train with 150% intensity. My job as a Firefighter also motivates me to stay in shape and be able to perform my job under extreme circumstances. I am also motivated to stay in shape so I can be a positive role model for others.

Goal (Long):
One of my many goals is to earn status as an IFBB Women's Bodybuilder. I recently made the switch from Figure to Bodybuilding and I am so happy I did. I feel like Bodybuilding is a perfect fit for me. I want to be able to train as hard as I do and not be penalized for being "too muscular". I want to bring a fresh, feminine face to the bodbuilding scene. I am always looking for opportunities to be a positive representative of a supplement or clothing company within the fitness industry. "Believe & you will Achieve"!
