For a "six-pack", respect, confidence, career and not gonna lie...girls
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding for the same reasons why I started in the 1st place. Im amazed everyday how you can change your body though exercise and nutrition. The gym has become my biggest distressed. I can always go and lift, no distractions, leave the cell phone in the truck, and your "baggage" at the door. Gives me time to think and relax. Very theorpedic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use pictures of those I admire to help keep the fire burning. I plan and set goals. My main goal for getting serious with working out was to one day be lean enough to see all my abs. Year after year I could see I was getting closer but then I still did not obtain my ultimate goal. Now to present day I am the leanest I have ever been and the mirror has been my biggest motivation. Every morning and every night I check and gage my progress. 2007 is my year. Stay tunned! ANY AND ALL CRITICISM IS WELCOMED TO HELP ME ACHEIVE MY GOALS.

Jeremy, you are looking huge, solid, thick, and powerful. Great progress man. You ought to post a recent progress pic when you can. Keep training hard!
Awww :( I hope everything falls into place with your exams and calorie readjustment. I had to increase mine as well and change up my ratios. I was taking in so much protein (and VERY low carb) that in one month I lost about 4 lbs of fat and gained like 7-8 lbs of muscle!! I need to increase my calories and carbs and lower the protein and just lean out now. So COMPLETELY off topic, what do you do for fun if time permits?
I love carbs, too - but they seem to have a different effect on me than they do on you. Great work - you're looking big and solid. Keep it up and good luck in reaching your goals.
Ummm yeah I snap. I feel bad for those who are subjected to me. I crave chocolate, but I want to win more. What's up with Splenda have you heard its really bad for you as well?
