Overall Goal:  Start focusing my training efforts in both strength and endurance for Ironman Louisville in August.

How I Started:
Needed to improve my upper body strength that had been affected due to shoulder surgery in 2008 from a bicycle collision.
Why I Love It:
Feels good and like the visual transformation.
How I Stay Motivated:
Triathlon race season and my goal of visually improving my body.

None at this time, but this is becoming addicting and may add another sport to my training goals.
