mdegraff HEY :) Sorry...I have been 'offline' for awhile too but still working out and doing my P90X and walking like an old man the next day ha ha LOL...it is killer but good. How are you? How are things? I was gone last weekend up north fishing for the weekend and couple days extra. One of the best trips in a looooong time. mdegraff Hey there gorgeous....I'm doing good...Yoga X is not one of my favorites and it is quite long too...but I am doing good with P90X...posted some progress pics. Wow it is very hot by you then already? Here it is in the 30's in the morning and 60's by afternoon...chilly but nice. Getting ready to rock that black bikini? ffaria Ok so this morning the scale said 179.4 and the fat was 20.9, Water was 53.2, Muscle was 36.5 and the BMI was 28.9 and the Kilo calories was 1534. Could someone explain what the kilo calories means? Is it the amount of calories Im eating everyday or the amount Im burning? Mar 19, 2012 11:44am
