How I Started:
A friend of mine at work got me into working out. i would always go to this gym but it was always to play ball, afterwards i would try to use the machines but would give up because i would not see results, i just did not know where to start or what was what. He introduced me to it and now its a daily routine.
Why I Love It:
Its a good feeling , seeing progression as well as the results in itself is motivation enough.
How I Stay Motivated:
Push myself , pushing myself more. Not being lazy i tell myself that the hardest part is driving to the gym which might not make sense because that takes no hard physical labor but its the thing i get lazy about. Once im there i make sure i bring my "A" game all the time .
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 25 pounds as well as doubled my bench in only 4 months.

okay i have a couple of questions if anyone can help me out over here. First i have been stuck on 275 for my bench for almost 2 months now i dont know why.....i am going nuts. Is it because i am cutting and doing lots of cardio? i am currently running six days a week until i burn 500...

Hey bro, deffinately some awesome progress you've got going. I can see that gut dissapearing! The Vitargo CGL is some good stuff. Zero sugars and creatine helps keep those muscles stay big and full. I'd recommend maybe cutting as much as u want before using it though because lately it's made me more hungry. It might be all the time I'm spending on the weights now but I've put on 2 lbs in three days. I'll keep posting pics every 7 days to show the Vitargo progress.

Wuddup man? haha what was that picture supposed to be of? I started using Nutrex's Vitargo CGL and man I'm already noticing more definition after only 4 days! Keep up the hard work man. TTYL

Hey man thanks for the encouragment. Can't wait to see your new progress pics. Cellmass seems to be working pretty good. I recommend it, it's always good to be on some kind of creatine. As for maintaining the mass while cutting, just make sure you are getting enough protien and you should be ok.

I understand what you're saying, but I see things differently. No offense but if someone I don't know rates my pictures, whether they rate them a 1 or a 10, I could not care less. Words of encouragemnt are nice but I know the deal, I can see the results, and some anonymous dude rating me won't make a bit of difference in the way I feel about my progress. Only I can honestly rate my progress. If you know you're working hard, who cares what Joe Schmo from some unknown IP address has to say?
