I want to cut my fat down so I can see my abs again.
Goal (Long):
I used to have a six pack but I didn't do it right and I lost a lot of muscle. I bulked up, but again I didn't do it right and ended up gaining a lot of weight. I am eating healthy again and exercising. I want to cut my BF down to ~10%.
