I'm not into how much I weigh, I'm more concerned about how I look. For that reason, I am not setting a weight goal. I would like to lose fat and gain muscle. I could remain the same weight and have it be a higher ratio of muscle.

Nice website feyeter. You can never have too many ideas for a healthy meal. I know I tend to stick with what I know as I can easy control the macro counts. I am looking forward to trying some of these and maybe I will send you one of mine. Take care my friend!
