You ever wonder what you'd look like if you looked the way you "always wanted"? Yeah, me too. So the only way to get closure, was to get serious and lose the weight, do the work and FIND OUT!
Why I Love It:
If I knew what I was doing I'd love it... but currently, I'm still working on figuring out a plan that works for ME.
How I Stay Motivated:
I find a full body mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost a *total* of 70 lbs, so far...

Slow.... slow.... slow. Bad pic but I finally think even i myself see a tiny bit of progress, but maybe just the angle.

Goal (Long):
Honestly? I want to do whatever it takes to be thin, just to see what it's like because I have always been overweight. Durring college I became obese and i NEED to lose a lot. I'm sick of wondering "What if", so I want to get the weight off and tone up so I can finally get closure on the nagging question "what would I look like if..."
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?

Sadly... I live in a house where the people are literally anti-health conscious, so it's best not to let them know.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Make a journal for yourself, keep track of EVERYTHING. Use it to keep track of your progress, people you'd like to look like, what things you've done that have/have not worked etc.
Just got back and already I have to go. Baically long story short, after all the hassel and hussel n' bussel... amongst "other issues"... I'm going from one hell to the next. I'll be going "home"...
And, there is no internet access there so, I'm on hiatus from the...
I am doing better, woke up today like usual before my alarm (past week would not get out of bed, was so sluggish) so i think i am back to "me", se shall see.
