You ever wonder what you'd look like if you looked the way you "always wanted"? Yeah, me too. So the only way to get closure, was to get serious and lose the weight, do the work and FIND OUT!
Why I Love It:
I think I'll be one of the few on here to say i don't like working out. I like the **results**... does that count?
Honestly? I want to do whatever it takes to be thin, just to see what it's like because I have always been overweight. Durring college I became obese and i NEED to lose a lot. I'm sick of wondering "What if", so I want to get the weight off and tone up so I can finally get closure on the nagging question "what would I look like if..."
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
No
Why or why not?
Sadly... I live in a house where the people are literally anti-health conscious, so it's best not to let them know.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Make a journal for yourself, keep track of EVERYTHING. Use it to keep track of your progress, people you'd like to look like, what things you've done that have/have not worked etc.
So... i want to TRY something new but every time i try, I fail. I want to eat LEAN meats and protein (chicken, turkey, tuna etc) and GREEN veggies, leafy things and such. And then just water and PLAIN tea.
I want to get away from fat and sugar as much as possible but I keep falling back...
do u mind if i ask , how u lost the weight? my gf is 5' 6" 195 , has trouble staying with stuff, and most of the things she has tried don't work anyways
