I work out 6 days a week and do cardio pretty much all 6 days. Abs are tough they are genetic and also the response to a very clean diet. Cut down on your salt intake up your cardio and you are sure to have some abs showing through. Good Luck

I actually havent done cardio much at all, just kept the diet tight, in a 2 month period I propably did not more than 7 cardio sessions, 6 HIIT, 1 45minutes slow and steady, prefer HIIT.
Thank you so much, I just lift heavy, eat clean and moderate cardio. If the lovely lady in your life lifts like you then she'll do just fine, you have fab development.
Okay, here's what I currently do... all upper chest movements, Iso incline chest press, incline dummbell press, Pec deck machine with seat lowered to emphasize the upper chest, cable flyes, and lots of pushups in between sets. Every other week I through in heavy flat bench dumbbell press too! I hope this helps... nutrition is a big part too, read my blog!

You have good size. The defintion is all in the diet. It didn't take 9 years to get here, that is just the oldest pic I have. It only took about 3 months to lose the body fat. You could do it if you really wanted. Stay strong brother, Looking Good.
