Okay, I’ve been training for a month using bodyweight and a pair of 11lbs dumbells. My commitment to my university assignments do not provide me the time to go to a gym or workout with a buddy using proper weights.
Anyway, progress has been good as I’m experimenting with different types...

i'm not likin the bulkin even though i know i need to...just cause i always feel bloated and have alot of gas and stomach pains
