How I Started:
I began to train seriously for my physical tests for the school. I made many exercises for the cardio and I went in gym three times a week. After my physical tests, I continued to roam a lot. I went in the gym three time of week. At the beginning of September 2007, I decided to set of the muscular mass to be more bigger to help me in my future job.
Why I Love It:
Guard in good physical shape. Bodybuilding gives me the chance to surpass me from day to day. Bodybuilding allows me to feel better in my skin.
How I Stay Motivated:
I settle objectives. I stay in touch with people who take the training seriously. I look at my evolution by taking my measures, by comparing my rescentes photos with those who are less rescentes.
BB Accomplishments:
Have taken 33 lbs since the beginning of September. I would like to do one competition one day. I ran 8 km in 37 minutes and 7 secondes when my weight was neighborhood 160 lbs and my best running was 12,1 km in one hour.

When I took this photo, I had just stopped running my 8 kilometers for my school tests. I weighed 166 lbs and I ran a lot. Now I do not run because I want to take a muscular mass.
196,5 lbs with maybe 14 % of bodyfat.

Bonjour Jeff. Je ne vous ai pas encore salue mais je lisais votre profil et regardais vos photos et ca me fait plaisir de voir de plus en plus de Canadiens se taillent des places dans le monde du culturisme =) Bon continuation dans vos accomplissements et j'espere voir des shows au Quebec (car je veux m'y installer, pas d'anglais aux Etats-Unis la ou je vis ^^). hahah..oui je comprend.. l'équipement.. vieux ou nouveau - produit le même résultat avec un peu d'effort :) les 4 workouts par semaine son un bon investisement! et merci pour le coup dans le derrière..haha j'ai besoin de ca des fois pour la motivation LOL

salut jeff! oui j'imagine que c'est un métier avec beaucoup de variété..je suis jamais allé a 7 iles mais des amis on bien aimé ca! félicitations avec ton succes dans l'entrainement.. 200 est très faisable dans ton cas! ya tu un gym à la station? c'est pas toujours facile de trouver le temps et d'êtres consistent ;) c'est mon problème mais la semaine prochaine j'engage un trainer personel..haha
