Overall Goal: Gain 10lbs of muscle in three months. I have not worked out seriously for the past 7 months due to broken bones and other sports-related injuries. I'm looking forward to getting back into my all-time best shape, and surpassing that.

When I Started:
How I Started:
I was a competitive kickboxer during my early youth. I had my fight card taken from me due to eyesight issues, and started messing with weights. I quickly built up from a measly 119lbs. to a measly 145lbs...a big feat for a naturally slim guy.
Why I Love It:
I get to challenge myself every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to change things up every now in then. After several months lifting weights, my body wants to back down into more traditional bodyweight training...so I'll go from weight training to calisthenics every now and then.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 149lbs to 172 lbs, from 6% bodyfat to 10%bodyfat within three months. I also went from benching 145max to 275lbs max, and squatting 145lbs max to 295lbs max in three months. I learned that the mind is a very powerful motivator when it comes to lifting heavy...the mind tends to give out before the body.

Goal (Long):
I'd like to see what it's like to be 190lbs almost solid muscle.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Water and a meal at least an hour before. I've tried NO-Xplode before, and it made my heart feel like it was going to explode. Never again. I'll stick to good old visualization and motivation for my workout aspirations.Water and a meal at least an hour before. What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
A protein shake with adequate carbohydrates. Protein helps minimze muscle breakdown, and adding carbohydrates to protein supplementation enhances the body's ability to absorb protein.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
For some, music can detract them from honing in their body during a workout. I tend to be one of those characters. I prefer to hear my breathing, the crying of the muscles, and the beads of sweat smacking against the rubber flooring during a workout. After spending a majority of my...
Well I'm trying. The running is working out. I lost 3lbs, hopefully it's fat for my sake. Miss your emails. I know you are looking great as usual. Have a stress free day :)

Hello You. What have you been up to? Working hard. Doing good with my workout. Took yesterday off. I killed my legs now I'm feeling the pain of it.
Have a great weekend.
I will start running on Thursday & sprinting to burn some body fat. I'm totally scared. I've never ran on a track before. My trainer was in the Navy so he is tough. I'm going for the athletic look instead of body builder physique. Well hope you find more energy.
