Drop fat off of my midsection and get below 10% bodyfat overall.
Goal (Long):
I want less than 10% bodyfat and show off my athletic build since I am really active, just not as lean as I want to be right now. If I gain some muscle along the way to my goal, that wouldn't be a bad thing, right?
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Not much. I may have a peanut butter sandwich if it has been a long time since eating.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Alternate days early season with long slow distance and HIIT. Mostly long days to create base for endurace work early spring and the HIIT to keep weight in control.
I have not lifted for almost two weeks! I am feelin' it big time. As I said before, I have picked up more racquetball and running to drop about 15 pounds. Down to 202. I have not been that light in quite a while.

You're not the only one who needs to watch what he eats :-) You need to sign up for some 5K or 10K run. That'll force you into being better at working out ... terror sure helps me! LOL
