Ok the age old question how can i increase my bench max. im pretty embarrased about it now bc i am 6'4 and weigh abut 220 and my max is around 260 or 270 deff want to break 300lb. my long arms are deff hindering the process. So any help at all would be awesome.
Things have been okay....just trying to get focused again after being sick for a couple weeks.....I DEF need to get some new pics up but I'm not able to at the moment. How are you?
Nope, not kidding...and soon to be 46 (November)...funny thing, I have been working out for a long time but I feel stronger than ever and ready to take it up a notch! Thanks for the compliment! Happy to be your friend!
hey thanks for the comment! :) glad u like the pic! Im trying to get a more muscular look! its so hard for me to get glutes and hams and lower back more defined! i gotta hit the gym now! how is ur week going so far?
oh yeah, tomorrow will be my next 5am run. I am so enjoying it. Been trying to keep tabs on my body though. I wanna push it hard without destroying myself (been there...recovery not cool). Tuesday I had a solid AM run, then a ROCKIN evening workout and WOW...I slept like a ROCK!! hah! it was awesome. Yay 5am!
Training is going great, its the diet that's kicking my butt right now! Haha but I MIGHT compete in October and if that's the case I need to be super strict right about now! So how are things with you?
