How I Started:
I took weightlifting as a class in college for PE credits. At first it was hell, but then I got used to it and even looked forward to it. I then followed it up with two semesters of advanced weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after doing it, I have fun pushing myself physically and observing the changes in my body.

I really need to bulk up this summer, so any advice would be appreciated. This is an example of my typical workouts, I switch up the exercises quite often. I also try to get in a cardio session a couple of days a week.
MONDAY
Pullups 3 Sets

Just checking in - I see you've made some progress on your bench goal, good work. Are you going to try for that new record next week? It's only 20 lbs more - two little 10 lb plates on each side...
Hay..MA is a great way to burn calories and have a fun workout when you make class...a good sensi will drive you into the ground but without killing you!
I lost by dession I could have served it up better to the guy but just held back. I was not in a fight mode like I should have been had lots on my mind besides his fist LOL. I was not even tired the ref said for a big guy and your not even breathing hard. A cop in the back said to me that I was a Tuff SOB and was his hero. Wow that supprized me.
