How I Started:
I took weightlifting as a class in college for PE credits. At first it was hell, but then I got used to it and even looked forward to it. I then followed it up with two semesters of advanced weightlifting.
Why I Love It:

Workout Program:
I really need to bulk up this summer, so any advice would be appreciated. This is an example of my typical workouts, I switch up the exercises quite often. I also try to get in a cardio session a couple of days a week.

Monday- Thursday

Tend to have these chalanges on major holedays..basicly as a way to try to get people off the couch (Including myself) becaus gyms are frequently closed. Definatly Easter and probibly St. Pat's day..maby some others. I might make St, Pats be something you can do at the bar or frat house..maby as a drinking game (Emagin that!!)
