What traps workout has worked best for you?
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I popped a vein in my quads and it bruised my leg pretty bad I had to do plies for 6 weeks to let the vein heal
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
they lift too much and they don't stretch

I would like nothing more than to see you achieve your fitness goals and/or dreams and what allowed both my wife (bodyspace: judimax) to go from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and me to lose over 50 lbs and go from 36% to 10% bodyfat in those same 12 weeks was the Body for Life program. If you challenge yourself the results will be well worth the effort. Let me know if you would like more info.
