How I Started:
I started working out at the age of 13, preparing for football. During my high school years, I started watching the Hulk. Right then I knew I wanted to be a Professional Bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
The mental and physical challenge of training. Bodybuilding offers me a opportunity to go beyond that comfort zone. To achieve the unthinkable sometimes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simple, wanting to be a Professional Bodybuilder. Don't get me wrong sometimes, I don't feel like training and dieting for a show. When I don't do those things I feel EMPTY and NOT COMPLETE.
BB Accomplishments:
None Yet. Competing for the first time in 7 years. Placing in the Top 5 each of the shows in 2007

Since the age of 13, I wanted to be a Natural Pro Bodybuilder. I've been BLESSED with a Physique, that is designed for the sport. I feel that I can take the sport to new level such as; Arnold, Lou, Lee, Ron and Jay has. I have the determination and will to acheive this goal. I have a great support group from my family. The goal is to be a Pro in 2009. I have two shows in the next 9 weeks. I'm looking foreward in improving my placements from last year.
Hey Jeffrey, how was this past years Northern States? I have been contimplating entering the past 2 years and think next spring I may give it a try. Not sure I am big enough though.
I just do several different exercises and push them hard. I usually strive for reps rather than weight and of course your diet is going to play a major role.
