rtaylor7796 J you are doing bad ass, keep it up. You are already very lean, try to make your gains and stay at or below 12% body fat. If you eat right and feed your muscles the protein required to rebuild you could put on a lot more muscle. Keep it up. If you need any help or have any questions I will do what I can. Captain Ahab You are tall and lean and can put on a lot of quality muscle by eating 5 to 6 or probably even more small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day (that includes protein shakes), lifting weights 3 to 4 times a week and checking your need for cardio by measuring bodyfat. Do this for at least 12 weeks and you should soon see your muscles expanding and weight increasing. If I can be of any assistance feel free to give me a yell. Mar 9, 2010 2:48pm
