My uncle.. He was always a big stocky guy and has done weights for years and everytime I would see him I would want to be big, also one day while I was browsing Youtube I came accross a video of Ronnie Coleman and ever since then i've always wanted to become a BodyBuilder.
Why I Love It:
The !PUMP!, everyone loves the pump, also seeing my physique improve and get bigger and stronger, it's the most rewarding feeling in the world in my books.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends and people from Youtube cheering me on, and seeing my body get bigger and stronger and of course that high intensity weight training is addicitive! ;).
BB Accomplishments:
I have none at the moment, but I hope to update this column soon ;).

This was taken when I thought I wa sbig, but obviously in the next pic I look tiny here haha.
Now this is better haha bit bigger and hope to keep packing on the lean size!
I would like to get to 220lbs. then I will be confident to cut up and get into a competition.
Goal (Long):
I want to get upto 220lbs. Then I will be confident to compete in a competition, I don't want to get into a competition if I dont take first place, that is a second part to my goal. To win my first show and have everyone wondering where the hell I came from ;). But long term goals would be to get my Pro card but that would be ages away:P.
We can all always use more work, of course, but you are well on your way to reaching your goals. Though I can't imagine how you could make your waist smaller and tighter I'm sure you can do it!
lol, thnx man. I've actually been training for around 3 years, so u got a bit of extra time. U look crazy for just training a year. I'll see u onstage ;) lol
I saw you stopped by my profile, so I stopped by yours and saw the new pictures. Looks like things are going well, your favorite pose shows some good gains in your tris and your pecs. Waist looks like it's getting more defined, too! Keep up the great work.
Like I said, I knew you meant it in a good way so don't worry about it. It was nice to get a compliment. And speaking of compliments, I see that you loaded up a lot of new pictures. You're looking very solid and defined! Great work. Plus, I noticed that you are already over six feet tall - so it's great that you've avoided that tall and "lanky" look so many teenagers have. Sometimes taller men have trouble putting on muscle, but that doesn't seem to be a problem for you! Great work.
We do use "stocky" over here - and it tends to mean solid and broad, but it's usually not meant in a good way. Some would use it as a polite way of saying "fat." But, from your comments after you mentioned I was stocky I thought you meant it in the way you said (though fat loss is one of my goals). So, no worries!
A lot of the Golds franchises now have a new name, which is Urban Active. For example, the Golds that was being built in Toledo, Ohio (near where I am) started out as Golds but opened as Urban Active. Same chain, different name. However, there are plenty of Golds still around so don't panic!
No problem, since we are half-way around the world from each other I was finishing my day as you were starting yours. That's cool that you will be coming to the US - I take it you are referring to the original Gold's in LA? Most of the others have been re-branded as "Urban Active."
Wow - that's a heck of a gain without trying. Now that you're focusing on doing things right...well let me suggest that you start buying larger shirts now - you may just rip right through the ones you have (haha). Be sure to thank your parents for the good genetics they gave you.
"Stocky" that's one way to describe my shape, and thanks for thinking I was younger. I sure don't feel 48! At least not yet. On the opposite side, you've got an impressive build for any age, but especially for someone still in their mid-teens. I would agree to not worry too much about supplements yet. Your body is producing more than enough natural hormones at your age and you'll get very far by just making sure you keep your diet clean. I bet you grow beyond 220 before too long!
Thanks for the head's up though - I'll keep checking and ask my doctor as well. If you give the Cellmass and NO Xplode a try, let me know. I'll be curious to see how they work for you.
