Basically I was tired of being the little guy gurls thought was always so cute. Wanted to put on a lil size. It sucked o be so tough in a small frame.lol.
Started hittin gthe small school gym until things started to feel too good. Stepped my game up and put on some fast size. I took some time off, and am just now getting back into it. Trying to put on major size by the end of this school year.
Why I Love It:
It gives me an high that cant be matched by anything else. The feeling of your veins and skin ready to explode after every rep keeps me coming back for more. Plus at the end of the day I look ****ing sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
The high I get from working out. Also the stares and glares in the gym. I may not have the mass, but my body definition is enough to turn heads an dbreak necks.lol.

Man I been changin' up my routine, adding more weight and hittin hard all week! Yesterday was 4 sets leg ext+leg curl whole stack, superset with toe raises (whole stack) then ass to the grass squats (only 135 now) superste with seated toe raise; then pulley crunches and hanging leg wheels (raise with a turn)...Today, I just want to SLEEP!

nice work dude how u acheive such great results in just over 2 years? I been training since Feb 2005 and hanven't got anwhere yet. I wanna be 80Kg and 8% body fat, hopefully by end of year, need to make some adjusments and research more I think tho...
