supplements are not necessary for bulking.. try to eat 6 full meals a day for a consistently long period of time, like 3-4 months.. Make sure you are not gaining more than 2lbs a week or so, otherwise you'll get too fat.
i found that lots of red meat and brown rice or yams make me gain weight. I stick to leaner meat like ground sirloin or filet mignon. I like chicken alot and it helps when i want to lean out, but for mass definately red meat. for breakfast i prefer hard boiled eggs and oatmeal. I eat just the whites and try to get down 15 or so. as far as abs go lots of crunches do the trick for me.
your back has definately gotten wider. time, heavy training, and eating alot will help you achieve the results you desire. What kind of advices do you want?
