I would like nothing more than to see you achieve your fitness goals and/or dreams. Following the 12 week Body for Life program allowed my wife (bodyspace: judimax) to go from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and me to lose over 50 lbs and go from 36% to 10% bodyfat. If you challenge yourself for just 12 short weeks the results will be well worth the effort. Let me know if you would like more info.
Hey man. You train at Top Bodies too? I normally wear a green Royal Marines T-shirt and I only usually go to train legs so I'm up in the racks most of the time.
Thanks a lot bro! And I don't mind the questions at all. I work out 6 days a week, with Sunday as my off day. As for swimming, I've been doing that twice a week now, on my cardio days. Personally I think thats the best cardio there is, plus its fun! As for the diet, no fast food/junk food, fat free milk, and drink water, not pop/soda. It's the little things that count!
I really like oats with honey, and a whey protein shake for breakfast. It's a good idea to get some carbs and protein in ya when you get up. I like to get eggs (and other fats) in me on my second meal, and my last meal.
