High School Football introduced me to weight training. Once that was over I acquired a healthy obsession with working out.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding improves every facet of your life, not just your body. I love the high.

well since 4/17/09 i am a nsca-cpt. i accomplished my second goal of maintaining a 4.0 over spring semester. however my third goal was not achieved, i let my physique slip some.

this summer i will be returning to the outer banks of north carolina to work at ocean atlantic rentals...

It is nice to see someone from SIUE on this site. I am there every week day at around 6:30 AM. It's a nice group at that time, some dedicated students and a few alumni like me. All friendly with each other but not into socializing. There to work. Maybe I'll see you one morning. By the way, you are showing nice improvement.
