Workout Program:
Dropping weight, sticking to circuit 3 times a week to lean down and then biuld mass back up again in about 6 weeks. Doing a ton of cardio, usually 2 sessions a day, 3 sessions a day on sat and sun every second week currently only for about 6 weeks till I lean down and then back to my normal 5 sessions a week only. Cardio blast works wonders for me, maybe wont work for everyone but i have tested many programs and it works the best for me.

I will also do 1 upper and 1 lower session a week with the weight circuit but only if i have the time and evergy to do so as I have had overtraining syndrome in the past and it sucks!!!!

Once im down a bit more weight I will begin traing my bodyparts again, cant wait! miss my squat sessions, including the almost yacking! never thought id actually say that, lol.
