After moving back from College in US, gained weight and wanted to lose it so I dropped about 80 lbs and then started lifting again! Never looked back....
Why I Love It:
Awesome stress reliever as well as natural high!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing how far ive come in the past few years and aiming for new goals in the future.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, my trainer wants me to get psyched for competing but im content with just working out for me right now, maybe next year though.

Drop what I gained being on assignment away from home-Keep my muscle and probably going to add more muscle! Getting back into my 4 day split bodyparts and I hit Legs twice a week because im blessed with the ability to get mammoth sized calves and quads overnight so I need to keep em' tamed! Cardio twice a day 30-45 minutes, 5-6 days a week, then back down to 30-45 minutes 5 days a week once at maintenance.
HaveĀ a great Memorial Day to all my friends and family in the US...especially thanks to all the vets out there including my cousin and her hubby currently serving in the USAF!
Dropping weight, sticking to circuit 3 times a week to lean down and then biuld mass back up again in about 6 weeks. Doing a ton of cardio, usually 2 sessions a day, 3 sessions a day on sat and sun every second week currently only for about 6 weeks till I lean down and then back to my normal...

Ive been at Trudeau for around 11 yrs now, on the integrated execution team.. which one are you in the picture? lol.. all of you look ready to open a serious can of whoopass!!!
Oh Im a big fight fan... I just am driven by the competition ya know? Love to watch, love to spar, love to compete in the matches. Im a sweethearted guy though, youd so never know outside that circle that I actually like it! :) If we sparred though, wow i dont think muay thai would be easy to win against... judo is very grappling oriented
