How I Started:
I lost alot of my body fat about 5.5 years ago. At that point I really started weight training (170 lbs). Now I stand at 225 lbs with a healthy bodyfat %. I recently cut down to 219 / 220 lbs and now I'm bulking up again.
Why I Love It:
Feel fantastic, confident, getting more muscular, stronger, better and loving the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I psych myself with positive thinking and how I enjoy the results I get.

Goal (Long):
To be the best I can be and always push myself. I always eat every 3 hours all day long, I eat to the Blood Type Diet, 6 days of training and one day to rest and I enjoy finding new ways of making new mini meals.
I weight train for an EctoMorph because I can still loose 10 lbs in 2 weeks quite easily but will take me up to 10 months to gain it back. So I train short, intense sessions, 30 min each, 2x each body group, 6 days on and 1 day rest. My muscles respond quick to high weight / high rep...
