Goal (Long):
My goal is to win almost 15 kgs. of muscle within 10 to 15 years of hard-pain work..Of course my level of fat will be the less posible. With this I think i could won some international competition, like a Sudamerican Title, or perhaps if i get lucky some Arnolds'classic Amateur Title...

Hola fede te felicito por tudedicacion a ti mismo yo quiero pedirte si me puedes emviar una rutina de ejercicios uper body lower, abdominales,biceps,tricepa piernas espalda etc. cuantos sets y reps. y dias x semana y una dieta vivo en ee uu
pues quiero perder peso unas 25 libs espero no molestarte y nuevamente felicitaciones.
