LindseyBernal Hi - I know about rough starts most of mine end in quiting, trying to avoid that this time. I am doing the workout of the Muscle Pharm for women. I want to follow the diet mostly but part of it doesn't work for me. I am starting tomorrow. It was going to be today but I can't find the cable for my camera to upload pictures, I will have one tomorrow anyway. Good Luck to us, I think it has only begun to get rough, LOL!
