I started as a past time and something to do to keep me from having idle time, while I was away from my family and friends on TDYs.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because it gives me an outlet for stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at the scale once a week, and knowing that the date to reach my goal is nearing.

I also suggest that you take small steps. By taking smaller steps towards a larger goal, you are able to experience success much more quickly and much more often. So instead of telling yourself you're going to lose say 50 pounds within the year try telling yourself you're going to lose 1 pound this week. Then do it.”

I want to say that I believe you can and will achieve your fitness goal. I don't know what program you use but my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and I lost over 50 lb in the same time period by following the 12 week Body for Life body transformation program.
