How I Started: I started as a past time and something to do to keep me out of trouble and from having idle time, while I was away from my family and friends on TDYs.
Why I Love It: I love working out, because it gives me an outlet for stress.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at all the negative influences in my life and I want better for myself.
BB Accomplishments: Being able to watch the scale finally tip in my favor is a huge accomplishment. I love it.

Unfortunately, I had the luxury of breaking two toes which is putting a strain on my cardio.  Tomorrow they are going to cast the foot up and in six weeks "maybe" I will be back to it.  Wish me luck.

hey how you been? sometimes we hit a platue of weight loss or gain. seems like you can go no further , but all you have to do is either change your diet or your work out routine, or even add something to a supplement that you take it e you need to bump up the dosage or take it with something else

Good job on the progress, sorry it has been so long since I commented. I ruptured my achilles tendon and had to go in for surgery. i just started back walking not too long ago. as soon as i hit the gym, I will let you know. holla. one. and good job.
