Sir Edmund Hillary said, "It's not the mountain we conquer-but ourselves." I repeat this quote in my head everytime I get close to that point where your brain is telling you to quit because it hurts so good! Haha, no really, I think about that quote everytime i'm pushing myself to failure. Funny, before when I didn't know anything about bodybuilding, I was failing to push myself, now i'm pushing myself to failure...every single set!

This week has been pretty damn good.  I decided that making a different meal for EVERY SINGLE day has become a major pain in my ass....so, I stopped doing it.  I started making my food in bulk for the entire week, which has helped a ton!  I gave myself two different types of menus for the week.  I ate menu one for 3 days, and menu two for two days.   My first menu was Calories: 1710 Protein: 204 (~56%) Carbs: 113 (~31%) Fats: 49 (~13%)   Second menu was: Calories:... Okay, so the past three days, my meals were exactly the same--found some awesome vegetable meatballs with hummus, so naturally, I OD'd on em pretty hard!  Here are my meals for the last three days.   Total Meals: 3 Calories: 1900 Protein: 207 (~50%) Carbs: 159 (~38%) Fats: 49 (~12%)   Going to be switching up my meals, as I have run out of my meatballs and need to run through some fish and chicken.  Well, talk to you guys later!
