This week has been pretty damn good. I decided that making a different meal for EVERY SINGLE day has become a major pain in my ass....so, I stopped doing it. I started making my food in bulk for the entire week, which has helped a ton! I gave myself two different types of menus for the week. I ate menu one for 3 days, and menu two for two days. Okay, so the past three days, my meals were exactly the same--found some awesome vegetable meatballs with hummus, so naturally, I OD'd on em pretty hard! Here are my meals for the last three days. Total Meals: 3 Calories: 1900 Protein: 207 (~50%) Carbs: 159 (~38%) Fats: 49 (~12%) Going to be switching up my meals, as I have run out of my meatballs and need to run through some fish and chicken. Last two days have been nuts. I had two days of eating, but I wasn't able to write everything down for the last two days. So again, I had to take a guess at where I was for my calories and my macros. Not a big deal since I know I came in well within range. Today I had my first "victory" meal. Trying to maintain a healthy balance between my personal, professional, and family life, I decided to take the wife out to a movie and lunch. We tried out this spot that we've been eyeballing for quite some time now--this Italian street food place.
