So far everything is going great in my life...my goals...my success....family...personal....everythi ng.. Its time for my body outside to match the way i feel inside.
I want to loose body fat ( and i have tons of it) and tone up.I want to loose about 50 lbs. 3 years ago i was benching 380 lbs., squating 515 lbs. curling 135 lbs. Then i hurt my back and was unable to walk for 10 months. I gained weight and lost everything I had worked for. I need to get back to what I was, and I know I will be able to with dedication and hard work.
The title pretty much explains everything. For the last couple of months I have really gained weight. My landscaping business is going great, which is good, but it leaves no time to cook meals, or to go to the gym. So, today I am starting over. This past weekend I was very uncomfortable...
I've had some of the schedule problems like you. These last couple months I've gone the wrong direction. I'm now back in the fight. After spending most of the year eating and working out then falling off the wagon, I can really tell how crappy being unfit really is. Keep up the good fight!
Hows the year end goal looking? I started backslidding in Aug. and fell into the old habits moving didn't help. But I'm refocused and still better than when I started.
I was at 250, but I needed to cut weight and couldn't lift, I can tell that I lost some hard earned muscle mass during that time. Even my push ups have suffered. But like I said, I WILL be at 300 by summer! Then I can set bigger goals and reach my all time personal best of 390, that I did when I was still in school.
I can relate with having a "bad day". Last night I binged out on my kiddies' ice cream. I was VERY ANGRY this morning at the gym so I had a killer leg workout. Hope you can use your misstep too -- turn a negative into a postive. BTW: Cool signature. :-)
Transform my body??? Good question! It was a decision I made to be better! Clean eating and daily excercise (consistency)! Mind over body! Stay focused and it will happen!
I wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to watching your progress once you get into the gym. Check out Body for Life and let me know what you think.
If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort.
Hey brotha, thanks for that awesome comment on the blog. I really do appreciate that..You are right...it's all about never giving in and never giving up..All this hard work that you put your body through will pay off!!!
Hope all is well,
Nick
