fyrchic00 well I dont know what happened, I worked out thurs and felt good, so Idk for sure what was happening but it was awful. I really felt like i couldnt do anything. I eat lots of protein proly to much if anything. I have cut carbs out almost all together or just a small amout sometime. I need to get a list of good carbs or duz it matter? Sep 19, 2010 9:01pm

fyrchic00 thanks! i think i was sick or something. it was weird, like i couldn't do anything i felt like crap and 50% was all i had but i felt like i dogged it. then i thought it was my diet cuz i havnt really changed it since i started. i was thinking of staying on phase 1 for 90 days? i still cant even eat all that anyway? fyrchic00 thanks! I need to drop weight Im not sure what my BF is yet it took me 7yrs to get fat so Im not expecting it to go away in 7 days but, I want it to and will try anything that works. Most women dont want to get bigger I do need to just becuase of my job Im not taking testosterone or anything like that though. should I worry about dropping weight first then work on definition? II follow the book and have lost but I feel like I should lose more than 3-4 lbs a week any thoughts on that? Aug 25, 2010 6:03pm

fyrchic00 its great, kinda funny somethings im like ya ya, other im like damn I really cant do what seems to be so easy. I did core today and was shocked at how bad I was :( I haffta get my pics loaded up. I dont feel like I have changed much. I have lost 4lbs but I can do that in a week anyway. Im doing good with the diet, and since I was on WW b4 I havnt touched junk food in over a yr. Are you doing the diet? any pointers? what supplements are you taking? Aug 24, 2010 8:51pm
