I thought I was getting bigger and stronger... I guess I was... But not till I saw this did I realize I was getting bigger in the wrong place.
THIS photo keeps me motivated.
Was losing drive.. But took some Fuzion this morning and saw my weight had dropped... So motivation came back to a degree...
I will weigh 200 lbs. at 5% body fat and be able to bench 405. I will have a freaking shredded 6 pack.
Goal (Long):
I will continue to cut until April 5, 2009. I'm willing to drop my weight as low as 175 to get to 6% body fat. Right now I'm 185 at 12%. I want to see my abs and not be able grab anything but skin around my mid section.
I've cycled off creatine, fusion and Tren for this period.
However, I've just been prescribed Angdrogel for my low testosterone (302.7). I'll stay on it if it makes a huge difference in how I feel, otherwise, I'll go off to avoid the risks.
I'm tracking calories, keeping them down to about 2200 per day, but getting at least 200g/protein per day. I'm drinking lots of water, not cheating on what I eat, and not consuming any milk products.
I'm training 6 days per week, including 4 different workouts and 45 minutes of HITT each day. I lift heavy nearly every work out.
I'm trying to change my routine.
On April 6, 2009 I'll go back on Fuzion, Kre-Alkalyte and Tren (only tren if I go off Androgel). I'll start eating 3500 cals/day, dropping cardio to 30 mins/day 3 days/week, and may do Shawn Phillips bench routine - 50 pounds in 7 weeks. I'm shooting for a 350 bench at the end of those 7 weeks.
Ultimately, I'll weigh 200 shredded at 5-6%, bench 405, and see definition in my legs.
Not sure if I'm making any. I'm doing all the stuff you're supposed to do - changing up cardio, changing routine, eating cleaner, but I seemed weaker today for most exercises. Also pulled neck slightly. I do, however, feel maybe more pumped than say last week, feel solid during the...
