Triceps would have to attribute most development to skullcrushers and biceps I think concentration curls.

How did your indoor match go? I have one tomorrow night, I'm not too great but it is good to break up the weights every now and then. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Gert, I'm definitely trying! Balancing my job and graduate school as well but I'm determined to workout consistently and continue to improve my diet. It will be a year in February I've worked out consistently 5-6 days a week, every so often giving my body a week rest. First time in my life it has been that consistent and of course seeing results.
