How I Started:
I worked out for about a month with my friend to join the rugby team in high school. I loved the results I had even though they were small and I felt better about myself. When I got to college I saw many people in-shape and it caused me to want to work out more.
Why I Love It:
I work in an office/lab all day, it feels good to actually exert some energy other than typing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to be better than my previous workout.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet really, I entered in a bench press competition in college once. Seeing the others motivated me some more.

THE NPC has the most competitions so checking their website is an easy way to search. Also checking the various leagues and federations that are out there is another. Where are you?
