It started as a small interest, just messin around with the weights but once I figured out the key aspects of diet sleep and training and started seeing good results ive been hooked ever since
Why I Love It:
Working out takes me away form all the stresses of life - it is an hour plus of time just for me.

Currently I am deployed to Iraq so I have all the time in the world. I am working out 2 on and 1 off. So its a little something like this. All exercises are done 3-4 sets 10 - 12 reps.
